Garrett is 9 years old!!!

Garrett had a friend party this year, and wouldn't you know it...the theme was Lewis and Clark Expedition!  We did an expedition in our own backyard!  Shay was dressed as Thomas Jefferson and gave the boys their charge to explore!  They got to build a fire and roast mallows as well, throw socks at the wild buffalo, and scale the mountains (trampoline and swing set).  It turned out well, but whew! Boy parties are not the piece of cake that 4 year old princess parties are...boys are wild!

Garrett boy finally has his bb gun, he is so pumped about shooting and hunting!  We love Garrett!  He is a big thinker and a deep thinker, and I can't wait to see where it takes him one day in his life!
