Transformation: The Beazer-Clapier-Bingham house

This house was a great fit for us, being close to Matt's parents' farm but not so close as to be next-door neighbors.  The layout of the house was workable for adding onto and changing (which was not the case with many of the houses we looked at). It felt like the right thing to do! But as you will see below, we made a lot of changes even down to the studs, wiring, and insulation.  It's been a really hard year as a family and we've learned patience, working together, and balance.  But we love it here and being out, it's very peaceful where we are.

Merry Christmas 2015

Abrie tamed down from not feeling well (perfect angel at times like these, what a sweetie), and mostly all else is Christmas! Turpin-Bingham traditional white elephant (we love these friends!!), a few moving pictures (Matt in front of moving truck, a shot of the last night spent in my house on Cedar St), Alyza dressed up as St. Lucia serving cinnamon rolls per Grandma Sherry's Swedish heritage traditions, Sam's graduation, and mostly just Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Martineau's house. Last is how we have fun in the winter, tubing behind the ranger. On a personal side, Christmas is a time to reflect and we are very grateful this year. Grateful we found a house to buy and fix up that fits the bill perfectly, grateful we sold our house in a timely manner and got the asking price, grateful for our family. Heavenly Father blesses us, he knows us each individually.

November

A November shmorgousborg of picture perfection, including: my motorhead Shay, my shopping helper Abrie, cute playmates Abrie and Alyza, Garrett sampling piggy pancakes, Grandma Mary's 94th birthday, the group of principal's walk students (a reading accomplishment at Rupert Elementary), Garrett in scout uniform for the Veteran's day program, our huge Thanksgiving snow picture, and last, Sam's birthday (25!---ladies, still eligible. Best guy ever).
