Lemonade Stand

Maybe it makes me a bad mom, but I cringe when my kids want to set up a lemonade stand.  It takes big effort on the mom's part, no one buys their lemonade and then they're mad when it's over.  Always? No, this time I was so proven wrong! I made Shay and Alyza set it up themselves mostly, and you wouldn't believe the nice neighbors that came and bought their lemonade.  Men, women, families, older couples, kids...it was amazing!  I was overwhelmed by their kindness! They earned over $10.  Made my heart swell!

Darling Abrie

As a salute to the feistiest, but cutest almost two-year old I know, here's a few pictures of her darling-ness throughout this past year.  She knows her own mind, she has a great sense of humor, and she will do it her way!  She's sweet and lovey in spite of the fireball that she is, love you Abrie!

Kids loved the Bar J show! I've seen it 10+ times and I still love it.  Their sense of humor, their amazing talent, their morals and commitment to God and country...we just love the Bar J Wranglers.

Hot air balloons in Driggs the morning of the 4th.  Kind of missed the majority of the balloons because we were so tired from the night before.  In the future we'll get up earlier! But what we saw was still beautiful!

Not often you get to stand inside a hot air balloon! Love the colors.
