Aunt June came to visit from Washington, and my dad got to go to lunch with his sisters. Photo credit to Lyndsay who skipped work and went and rode down with dad to get Aunt June.

Fall Fun
Grandma's pumpkin patch proved pretty awesome! The kids loved picking their pumpkins!
Below: The kids and I did a little outing to the Burley Straw Maze which is on the way to Albion. We seriously were so lost in their maze I almost started screaming and trying to claw my way through all the straw bales. Finally an employee who was up on top of the bales guided us out, after a little begging on our part.
Princess Tea Party 2015
Alyza had the mom date for October, and wouldn't you know it? Billboards for the $20 a ticket princess tea party sprung up all over town! It benefits the Rise Up and Sing music camp in Rupert that happens each summer. She talked me into it! And it was a wonderful evening, watching her feel like a princess and bask in princess glory. She also laughed like crazy at the Mad Hatter's antics (he was the emcee along with the Queen of Hearts (not Queen of Farts like the Mad Hatter tried to say). Love my girl! She can go from mud queen to princess just like that! Each princess sang their signature song, she got autographs from each one, and we were served a light dinner and a picturesque cupcake. Super fun.
Shay's baptism day
Shay had a very special baptism day on October 10th. So many wonderful family members and friends came to support him. It was definitely a packed room! He got to share his special day with a classmate named Victoria. We had a special baptism followed by a nacho bar lunch. After the baptism we showed the family our new house, and had a little Halloween fun with crafting and a few games. It was an awesome day, so pleased with Shay for wanting to make the right choices.
It's Great...He's 8!
Shay's birthday fun included taking Peyton and Parker to see his new house, going for a ride on the ranger, and a trip to Grandpa's farm. They loved it. We hope they'll still journey 10 miles to play with us occasionally.
He wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday, we made it out of Fat Boys. It was super easy and tasty.
He was thrilled with his new helmet! Also got gloves and goggles to go with and a riding jersey. He's been practicing riding the four wheeler at our new house. The old corral has turned into a race track.
8 means cub scouts! Hard to believe he's this old. Love this tender hearted boy!
For the Beauty of the Earth
Pack meeting was at Lake Walcott, the sunset was spectacular!
My honey and I made a fun run to Utah to pick up our new bathtubs. Got to eat dinner in Brigham City and walk around the temple grounds. So peaceful and beautiful. I still love to see the temple.
Fix'n' Up & Gymnastics babe!
What we're up to...every spare minute...working on our house renovation. Alyza has a million "projects". It keeps her very busy.
Here's my buddy who entertains me during Alyza's gymnastics (see below).
Alyza is absolutely loving gymnastics at Upside Down Tumblers
Too cute not to post
I'm pretty lucky to have these super girls to hang out with. Alyza is constantly working on an art project or some major thing. Hence the super hero mask/cape out of paper.
Matt and Josh working on our new bedroom.
Here's what you get when you take out the ceiling. Lots of "snow."
This pile of rubble reached to the bottom of the windows later on. It was walls and ceiling torn out. My job has been clean up crew, believe me I can't wait until we're done "destructing!"
Making progress! The new part is our master bedroom.

My best friend's wedding & more
This beautiful friend got married August 28! A wonderful reason to come to IF and celebrate! Congrats Joe and Tina! Love her! Truly one of the best friends I've had in my life, since the first grade.

We squeezed in a visit for Garrett's diabetes Dr. The other kids got their genetic testing done to see if they have the markers that would cause diabetes. They were pro's! Thank you numbing cream! |
Fun at Tina's reception: Alicia, me Camille, Charlotte. My cheeks got smile ache, I love seeing my friends!
Cute bday prez from Gma Gpa Martineau
The kids love riding Gpa's horse! On this trip we also helped Rachael and Brandon get moved to their new home in Coltman. It's beautiful, I should've taken a picture.
One more friend pic; Camille, me, Crystal. So fun!
P.S. This boy's getting baptized in a month. Aunt Lyndsay did a stellar photo shoot with him, she's awesome! He's such a funny boy! More pics to come of the photo shoot.
