 Front view of the log house.  This is the home that Matt's great-grandma was raised in, Ruth Fritz Clawson.  The little house is hanging in there, and its such a magical place to come.

The Chicken Journey

Garrett's 4H experience was great!  He learned responsibility and being timely, and how important it is to take good care of your pets.  He got reserve champion which is like 2nd place champion, he was thrilled and so were we!  A special thank you to Sunset and Amber, the Buff Orpington chickens who went to the fair!

 My stud muffin had to take pictures at work to be put on the company's website...or something.  Don't think he knew I would snatch up these cute pictures for our family scrapbook!  He's cute, what more excuse do I need?

And he turned 31... The same night we had a slideshow & learned about Boyd and Sherry's trip to Sweden.  What a fun night!  

Cousin Fun & Picnic Parties

 We got to have cousins, Kesley and Courtney for one whole week in July!  It was awesome, they kept the fun coming.  Believe it or not, this is a travelling lemonade selling caravan, and they took along an iPod and danced as they went.  

 They also gave Alyza and I top notch spa treatment!

A Float to Gloat...about

Garrett and Shay got to take a guided fish float trip with their dad this summer, on the Snake River near St. Anthony.  Garrett reeled in a nice 14" carp and that is all they caught, but they had fun!

Aunt Katie gave Matt ducks for his birthday.  2 Bucks and 2 Ducks to be precise!
