Garrett Turned Lucky #7
Garrett's Bday Bash: Fishing with Chance and Sam (it was more like a rock throwing free for all, but fun still), The Lake Cake designed by G.dog himself, Lots of lego sets, and the big surprise a new bike which is maybe a titch too tall, but Garrett handles it very gracefully.

The boy who doesn't steer or start, and surprises surprises
Big man Shay learns to ride a bike w/ no training wheels at the ripe old age of 4! His prize? Decorating a cake yogi bear style, with a "gator", log cabin, and a bear on the top. Now if he could only start himself pedaling.
My 28th B-day in April was such a jubilatory celebratory experience, and I have my surprise loving husband to thank. He is so thoughtful. He surprised us w/ a day trip to Jackson Hole, we fished, we ate fine mexican cuisine (I'm always telling him I want to skip church and go to the Merry Piglet~we didn't skip church, but it was still a good experience!). We saw a moose, we partied w/ my fam on the way home...It was a really fun and busy weekend. The pic is of fishing at Victor Pond.
Dam De Mayo De Cinco Race
My family dears (l. to r.: stinky no good bro. in law of mine Brett, me, Lyndsay the sis, Becky the cuz, and Nick the no good cuz in law of mine) who ran the Dam Walcott race 2012. We endured the cold windy nasty day, sometimes it felt like it was blowing you backwards, it really made it feel like an accomplishment. Lyndsay and I started the race 7 minutes late bcuz somebody decided to go to the bathroom last minute before the start...we won't name names because it was me. But we ran the whole thing, and passed the slow-bies so we didn't finish last, and crossed the finish line arm in arm. We ran 6.2 miles, it was an accomplishment!
Alyza enjoys Aunt Lyndsay's b-day gift to me. She thinks it is a napping place, not a table runner. It is a bee-000-tiful spring table runner, what a talented Lyndsay. Thank you! I love it!
